So how can you enjoy masturbation better? The number one thing to do is to prolong the act because masturbation is a tool that teaches us about our body and about our pleasure. That should be pursued in a longer manner because then we can implement it into our lovemaking. So you can actually prolong the act by stopping and starting again. Get to a certain position or a certain point where you’re close to climax, and then stop again. There’s a specific name for it. For now, just try to practice the start-and-stop technique. That should help you learn more about yourself.

Teach yourself ejaculation control. Because if you do master when you want to climax or when you want to ejaculate with your self via masturbation, then you can implement it while you’re making love with your lover. You can surprise her, and make her feel very powerful in your ability to maintain a prolonged act or just control when you want to climax. Maybe you can match it with hers. So that’s a very good thing to do.
